In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to Modern Roof Restoration (NSW) Pty Ltd and “you and yours” refer to the person who accepts these Terms and Conditions. Your access to and use of all content on this website is provided subject to the following terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to amend this notice at any time and your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. We therefore recommend that each time you access our website you read these terms and conditions.


  1. In order to access the services provided on this website, you must become a member. You must complete registration by providing certain information as set out on our membership/registration page. Please refer to our Privacy Policy linked on our home page for information relating to our collection, storage and use of the details you provide on registration.
  2. You agree to ensure that your registration details are true and accurate at all times and you undertake to update your registration details from time to time when they change.
  3. On registration, we provide you with a password. On registration you agree to pay for our services as set out on our website.
  4. We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time if you breach these terms and conditions.

Our Website Services

  1. Our services are provided to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.
  2. When buying goods from our website you enter an agreement with Modern Roof Restoration (NSW) Pty Ltd, 1 Meridian Pl, Bella Vista NSW 2153
  3. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We endeavour to ensure that our price list is current. Our price list can be accessed from our home page and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. If you have placed an order, we undertake to fulfil your order at the price listed at the time you ordered. Our delivery price is not included in the product price and charged separately depending on number of products you place in an Order and your delivery address. We currently do not deliver outside Australia.
  4. When ordering products from us, we can only process your order when the goods ordered have been paid in full. Orders will be deemed to have been received by us when an order confirmation to your nominated email address is sent.
  5. Cyber security for your payments is managed by BPOINT, which provides security for you, our customer. Your credit card details are provided directly to and stored by our bank and are not independently recorded by us. This minimises disclosure of your information and provides a layer of confidentiality to each transaction.
  6. As the Products are custom made to the specifications provided in your Order, you are responsible for the accuracy of your measurement. If you are unsure about any products or how to measure, please call our customer services team for help before ordering or consult the online measuring guide.

Refunds and Returns

  1. As Modern Roof Restoration (NSW) products are custom made and the manufacturing process will begin after a set period of 24 hours, Customers are only able to change or cancel an Order by contraction Us within 24 hours of placing the Order.
  2. If a cancellation of the order is required with the 24 hour period of placing the order, monies will be refunded to your credit card within 10 business days of notification.
  3. We cannot accept returns or refund the money if you have given us incorrect measurements, as we will not be able to resell the goods as they are made to measure.
  4. We will only accept the return of faulty or defective Products or Products that have been supplied incorrectly.
  5. Returned Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
  6. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that returned items are returned safely. We take no responsibility for products lost in transit.

Events Beyond or Our Control

  1. “Force Majeur” means any event or circumstance occurring after the Order that is not within our reasonable control; could not be prevented, overcome or remedied by the exercise of reasonable effort by us; and results in us being unable to perform our obligations under this contract. We will be excused for not meeting or performing our obligations during the time and to the extent that Force Majeure prevents us from doing so. We must try to remove, overcome or minimise the effects of Force Majeure as soon as we can and give you prompt notice.
  2. You acknowledge that there may be slight variances in colour or materials from roll or section to section of Products.

Site Access

  1. When you visit our website, we give you a limited licence to access and use our information for personal use.
  2. You are permitted to download a copy of the information on this website to your computer for your personal use only provided that you do not delete or change any copyright symbol, trade mark or other proprietary notice. Your use of our content in any other way infringes our intellectual property rights.
  3. Except as permitted under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), you are not permitted to copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or display any of the information on this website without our prior written permission.
  4. The licence to access and use the information on our website does not include the right to use any data mining robots or other extraction tools. The licence also does not permit you to metatag or mirror our website without our prior written permission. We reserve the right to serve you with notice if we become aware of your metatagging or mirroring of our website.

If necessary the invalid provision will be deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.


  1. We undertake to take all due care with any information including Comments which you may provide to us when accessing our website. However, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you may provide to us. Information you transmit to us is entirely at your own risk although we undertake to take reasonable steps to preserve such information in a secure manner.
