A whole new way to get Moderns Aussie made shutters in your home! So, how does it all work?

Here is what you’ll need:
  • Steel Tape Measure
  • Pencil
  • Notebook
  • Laser Measuring tool
  • Internet access

    • Head to our online website www.ModernOnline.com.au and find out if your window would best suit a recess (inside fit) or a face fit (Outside mount)

    Hint: A recessed mount will mean your shutters will sit inside the window recess neatly.

    If your window does not have a recess, a face fit will be the best option! Measure the height and width of where you would like to install your new plantation shutters.

    For Recess fit, firstly take three measurements of the top, middle and bottom width and record the smallest measurement. Then, repeat the steps to measure the height of your window. Record measurements from the left, middle and right of your window and record the smallest measurement

    Bonus Tip If there is a variance of 12mm or more between your measurements, the Z frame will be the best choice, and it will mean there are no visible gaps from the inside.
